German culture
German history: To start talking about German
culture we have understood history.
The region named Germania inhabited by several
Germanic peoples has been recognized and documented by the Romans before the

was adopted as currency in 1999.
The capital and largest city is Berlin, the country
has a population of approximately 81 million people.
German Food: German cuisine has a wide variety, but
their dishes can be quite different from what we used to eat in Brazil.
Sauerkraut (Sauerkraut): The most common dish in
Germany, sauerkraut is fermented cabbage pickled, we can find in the southern
region of our country.
Eisbein: Is the pork knee, can come fried or baked
usually accompanied by sauerkraut.
Bratkaartoffeln: It is a stew of potatoes made with
other ingredients such as onions, bacon, bacon, garlic, salt and others.
Boulette: Are dumplings present in several
countries, it in general Germany mind is accompanied by meat or liver.
